Metals Business definition

Metals Business means the business to be conducted by Sunrise Energy Metals following the Demerger.
Metals Business means the Sold Companies’ and the Subsidiariesbusiness and operations regarding the manufacture, sale or distribution of ferroalloys and other metals as now or previously conducted.
Metals Business means Parent’s copper, brass and other copper alloy sheet, strip, foil, rod, welded tube, plate, fabricated parts and stainless steel and aluminum strip manufacturing and distribution business and its related research and development activities and excludes Parent’s ammunition and ammunition component manufacturing and distribution business and its related research and development activities.
