  • Mesaba shall have no supervisory power or control over any employees, agents or independent contractors engaged by Northwest in connection with the performance of its obligations hereunder, and all complaints or requested changes in procedure shall, in all events, be transmitted by Mesaba to a designated representative of Northwest.
