Merit Order Table definition

Merit Order Table means the table, prepared by the System Operator, containing all Generation Units and Imports ordered in ascending order of their Variable Generation Cost.

  • Limit Order means an order to buy or sell a financial instrument at its specified price limit or better and for a specified size;

  • Job order contracting means a project delivery method in which:

  • Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice CenturyLink provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by CenturyLink for the Provisioning of the service requested.

  • Interim DIP Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court, approving the Facility on an interim basis, substantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto.

  • Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.
