Merger Settlement Loss definition

Merger Settlement Loss means the amount of the loss recognized under GAAP by Borrower as a result of the Merger not to exceed $7,000,000.

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);
