Mercury Lease definition

Mercury Lease means that certain Lease Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and between Landlord and Mercury with respect to the Corresponding Mercury Premises.
Mercury Lease means that certain lease between Mercury Graphic Corporation, as lessee, and Saskatchewan Economic Development Corporation, as lessor, dated September 21, 1990, as amended.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, upon the occurrence of a Lease Assumption Event, the Term of this Lease shall automatically become co-terminus with the Term of the Mercury Lease.
