Merchant Software definition

Merchant Software means the software which either we or the card schemes have told you is required if you wish to participate in the authentication procedures.
Merchant Software means software having lossless data compression as its primary and predominant function that is offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred as a software-only product, and not as incorporated in a larger product, to entities other than MOTOROLA and STAC or their SUBSIDIARIES.
Merchant Software means the client software used by merchants in the operation of the CyberCash services in the United States.

Merchant Software means the software which Macquarie, a Card Scheme or the Provider has told the Sponsored Merchant is required if it wishes to participate in the Authentication Procedures.
Merchant Software means any and all software and/or related documentation provided by eNETS to the Bank and/or its acquired Merchants in relation to or for the purposes of this Agreement, including any improvements, enhancements, modifications and replacements thereof.

Related to Merchant Software

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
