MEP Plans definition

MEP Plans means 100% fully coordinated and complete, Permittable and accurate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans, schedules and specifications for the Leasehold Improvements prepared by the MEP Engineer in accordance and in compliance with the requirements of applicable building, plumbing, and electrical codes and the requirements of any authority having jurisdiction over or with respect to such plans, schedules, and specifications, which are complete, accurate, consistent, and fully coordinated with and implement and carry out the Architectural Plans.
MEP Plans means the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and/or fire protection and life safety plans, including related working and shop drawings, schedules and specifications, for construction and installation of the Subtenant Work, which are prepared by BroadSoft’s MEP Engineers in accordance and compliance with all applicable building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and life safety codes and the requirements of each authority having jurisdiction over or with respect to such plans, schedules and specifications, and are complete, accurate, consistent and fully coordinated with, and implement and carry out, the Architectural Plans.
MEP Plans means mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans, ---- schedules and specifications for the Tenant Build-out for the Premises. MEP Plans which do not impact the Base Building Systems will be prepared at Tenant's expense by Tenant's MEP Engineers in accordance and in compliance with the requirements of applicable building, plumbing, and electrical codes and the requirements of any authority having jurisdiction over or with respect to such plans, schedules and specifications, which are complete, accurate, consistent and fully coordinated with the Building Plans and specifications. All other MEP Plans will be prepared by the Landlord's Architect after receipt of Tenant Preliminary Plans. The Tenant shall have an opportunity to review the Landlord's Architect's plans, which shall be consistent with the intent of the Tenant Preliminary Plans.

Examples of MEP Plans in a sentence

  • Landlord shall cause the MEP Plans and the FLS Drawings to be revised, as necessary, to accommodate the approved Architectural Drawings.

  • As used herein, the term "Plans and Specifications" shall include the MEP Plans and Specifications (as hereinafter defined).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Plans and Specifications for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing components of Tenant's Initial Improvements (the "MEP Plans and Specifications") shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord on or prior to the date occurring forty-five (45) days form the date hereof for Landlord's review.

  • After the MEP Plans and Specifications have been approved by Landlord, Tenant will, during the course of construction, furnish Landlord with all other Plans and Specifications as the same are prepared.

  • As soon as practicable after the execution of this Lease, Landlord shall prepare and deliver to Tenant the Architectural Plans, the MEP Plans, and if structural work is required, the Structural Plans, stamped for permit filing, together with any underlying detailed information Landlord may require in order to evaluate the Plans and/or to determine the cost for the Tenant Work contemplated by the Plans.

  • If Landlord disapproves of Tenant's Plans, Tenant shall cause Tenant's Architect or Tenant's MEP Engineer, as applicable, to modify the disapproved Tenant Architectural Plans or Tenant MEP Plans accordingly and resubmit the same promptly to Landlord for Landlord's reasonable approval.

  • On or before 15 January 1987, Tenant, at Tenant's expense, shall prepare and deliver to Landlord the final version of the remaining Tenant Preliminary Plans, preliminary space plans and Tenant's interior MEP Plans, and shall thereafter upon request promptly provide to Landlord any underlying detailed information Landlord may reasonably request in order to evaluate such plans.


More Definitions of MEP Plans

MEP Plans means mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans and specifications at least seventy percent (70%) complete that when 100% complete will be coordinated and complete, permittable, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans, schedules and specifications for the Tenant's Work, or any portion thereof, prepared by MEP Engineers approved by Landlord in accordance and in compliance with the requirements of applicable building, plumbing, and electrical codes and the requirements of any authority having jurisdiction over or with respect to such plans, schedules and specifications, which are complete, accurate, consistent and fully coordinated with and implement and carry out the Architectural Plans, including any and all revisions to such mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans, schedules and specifications as well as coordinated sets of updated plans, schedules and specifications.
MEP Plans means Existing Premises MEP Plans, Additional Second Floor Space MEP Plans or Additional Third Floor Space MEP Plans, as applicable.

  • Company Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Employee Plans means all Benefit Arrangements, Multiemployer Plans, Pension Plans and Welfare Plans.
