Memoranda of Agreement definition

Memoranda of Agreement or “MOA” means the separate memoranda of agreement relating to the purchase and sale of each of the Vessels, each dated the date hereof, between Buyer and each Seller, as applicable, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 to A-6, together with any addenda or amendments thereto.

Memoranda of Agreement means, collectively, the (i) Memorandum of Agreement between COSCO Charleston Maritime Inc. and CMA CGM dated June 6, 2007 for the purchase of CMA CGM Alcazar and (ii) Memorandum of Agreement between COSCO Norfolk Maritime Inc. and CMA CGM dated June 6, 2007 for the purchase of CMA CGM Château d’If;

Memoranda of Agreement or “MOUs” shall refer collectively to all such Memoranda of Understanding.

Memoranda of Agreement means the memoranda of agreement relating to the Master Gathering Agreements entered into by and among APL, APL Operating, Atlas LLC, ATN, ATN Operating, Resource Energy, Viking Resources, Atlas Noble and Newco to be filed in each of the counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania listed on Schedule 1.1(d).

Memoranda of Agreement means the memoranda of agreement relating to the Gas Gathering Agreement entered into by and among Parent Operating, the other Affiliates of Parent that are parties to the Gas Gathering Agreement and Newco to be filed in each of the parishes listed on Schedule 1.1(f), which memoranda shall be substantially in the form as attached as Exhibit D to the Gas Gathering Agreement.

Memoranda of Agreement means the Dynachem Memorandum of Agreement, the Xxxxxx Memorandum of Agreement and the Star Memorandum of Agreement.

Memoranda of Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
