Memorabilia Inventory definition
Memorabilia Inventory means Inventory that Lender determines constitutes memorabilia in its reasonable credit judgment, which shall in any event include any Inventory of a type that historically has been or reasonably would have been sold under Borrowers’ “Mounted Memories”, “Field of Dreams” or “The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Organization” product lines, as such product lines have been historically maintained on and prior to the Closing Date.
