Members or Member definition

Members or Member means those governmental employers listed on Exhibit A and any other governmental employer that becomes a participating Member under this Trust pursuant to Article VIII, below.
Members or Member means an employer, as defined by C.R.S. §§ 29-5-301(1), 29-5- 402(3), or 29-5-501(1), as amended, that becomes a participating Member under this Trust pursuant to Article VIII, below.

The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.

  • Managing Member is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Deferred member means a person who elected to receive deferred vested retirement

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
