Examples of Members and P4HB Participants in a sentence

  • A set of interpersonal skills that allow individuals to increase their understanding, appreciation, acceptance, and respect for cultural differences and similarities within, among and between groups and the sensitivity to know how these differences influence relationships with Members and P4HB Participants.

  • Participating Employer means any trade or business (whether or not incorporated) which adopts this Plan with the consent of the Company identified in the Adoption Agreement.

  • Participating public employer means a public employer as defined in ORS 238.005 that

  • FTR Participant means any Market Participant that provides or is required to provide Collateral in order to participate in PJM’s FTR auctions.

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Former Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has ceased to be a Participant for any reason.

  • Participating Company means the Company or any Parent Corporation or Subsidiary Corporation.

  • Rights Offering Participants means those Persons who duly subscribe for Rights Offering Shares in accordance with the Rights Offering Procedures.

  • Plan Member means each Member any of the assets of which are subject to any Plan Governing Law.

  • CDS Participant means a broker, dealer, bank or other financial institution or other person for whom, from time to time, CDS effects book entries for the Units deposited with CDS.

  • Book Entry Only Participants means institutions that participate directly or indirectly in the Depository’s book entry registration system for the Warrants;
