Member Repertoire definition

Member Repertoire means the repertoire in respect of which the author/composer of a Musical Work (or part thereof as applicable) is a member of a Rights Holder as indicated in Table 1 of Schedule 3.

Related to Member Repertoire

  • Member in a Bidding Consortium or “Member” shall mean each Company in a Bidding Consortium. In case of a Technology Partner being a member in the Consortium, it has to be a Company.

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);

  • Member in Charge means the entity specified in the SC to act on their behalf in exercising all the Service Provider' rights and obligations towards the Procuring Entity under this Contract;
