Member Personal Data means the personal data of the Members, their parents or guardians, and their school teachers, collected by the Institutions, other than by means of the SCT Forms, for the purpose of operating, or in the course of operating, the Clubs.

  • Sourcewell and Members will only make accessible or provide Sourcewell or Member Personal Data to AT&T when it has the legal authority to do so.

  • Controller shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Member Personal Data and the means by which Controller obtained the Member Personal Data.
