Member Participant means each participant in an applicable MLS, as defined by that MLS.

  • If Participant is an Entity Member, Participant also represents that it has obtained appropriate consent under applicable law from all individuals listed in this Agreement (e.g., all Representatives) to the publication of this Agreement and their personal information listed herein.

  • The debts, liabilities and obligations of CalTRUST shall not be the debts, liabilities and obligations of any Member, Participant, Trustee, officer, employee or agent of CalTRUST, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement; provided, however, that in such case, such debts, liabilities and obligations shall be limited to the value of CalTRUST’s assets.

  • Each Member, Participant, and Contributor agrees that its contributions to an OpenFabrics software stack shall be on terms permitting such licenses by the Corporation.

  • In the event the Keyholder is no longer licensed with an appropriate regulatory agency in North or South Carolina or causes their license, certification or Registered Trainee status to lapse, expire, become inactive, or has the same suspended or revoked by action of such regulatory agency, or when not licensed or associated with a Member Participant, the Equipment shall be returned to the Organization’s office within one (1) week of the effective date of any such action.
