Member Municipalities definition

Member Municipalities means the municipalities located in Door County, Wisconsin which have created and established the Door County Tourism Zone and the Door County Tourism Zone Commission to operate and administer the Tourism Zone.

Member Municipalities or “Municipalities” shall mean the Municipalities of Alton, Belmont, Deerfield, Franklin, Gilford, Gilmanton, Laconia, New Durham, and Northwood, New Hampshire, and any other municipalities that join in the Consortium through amendment of this Agreement.

Member Municipalities means the municipalities located in Door County, Wisconsin which have created and established the Door County Tourism Zone and the Door County Tourism Zone Commission to operate and administer the Tourism Zone as more particularly described on ATTACHMENT “A” hereto.

Examples of Member Municipalities in a sentence

• The Board of Health shall be responsible for operating and maintaining at least a Level II Health Department to jointly serve the Member Municipalities and Contract Municipalities.

• Sections 251.04 and 251.05, except as otherwise specifically provided in the intermunicipal agreement or in joint ordinances adopted by Member Municipalities and Contract Municipalities.

• In all other respects such intermunicipal agreement executed by the Member Municipalities shall govern the administration of the Central Racine County Board of Health, Health Department and Joint Local Health Officer.

• The 1995 Agreement, upon adoption of comparable ordinances by all of the Member Municipalities, shall be null and void and shall have no effect, having been replaced by the 2021 Agreement.

• The Joint Local Board of Health created by the intermunicipal agreement is hereby designated the “Central Racine County Board of Health” and is established as the joint local board of health of the Member Municipalities and Contract Municipalities pursuant to Section 251.02(3r), Wisconsin Statutes.

More Definitions of Member Municipalities

Member Municipalities means the members of the Midcoast Internet Development Corporation established in § 3 of this Agreement;

Member Municipalities means those municipalities who are membersof ACRWC.

Member Municipalities means District of Peachland, City of West Kelowna, City of Kelowna, and District of Lake Country.

Member Municipalities means all or some of the lower tier municipalities in Grey County participating in the GCCAC;

Member Municipalities means those municipalities that either are members of CRRA’s Bridgeport resources recovery project or have an agreement to deliver solid waste to such project; and (iii) the term “Non-Member Municipalities” shall mean those municipalities that are not members of any CRRA resources recovery project or do not have any agreement with CRRA to deliver Acceptable Solid Waste to any such CRRA project, but excluding those municipalities that are either members of the Bristol resources recovery project in Bristol, Connecticut (the “Bristol Project”) or have a written agreement to deliver solid waste to the Bristol Project or any of the Wesi Projects. Hauler is prohibited from delivering any Acceptable Solid Waste to the Designated Facility originating from Wesi Projects or Non-Member Municipalities.

Member Municipalities means the district municipality and its local municipalities which are members of the __________________ District Forum.

Member Municipalities means those municipalities which are parties to the Union Public Library Agreement.
