Member Firms definition

Member Firms means the other members of the international KPMG network of independent firms and entities controlled by, or under common control with, one or more KPMG member firms.
Member Firms. (each, a "MEMBER FIRM") shall mean the entities comprising part of the PwCI global network that are party to this Agreement.
