Member Councils definition

Member Councils means those local authorities constituted in terms of Section 2 of the Local Government etc (Scotland Act) 1994 who subscribe to membership of the Association.
Member Councils means Clarence Valley Council and Bellingen Shire Council ‘Regional Librarian’ means the person appointed by the Executive Council as the senior staff member in the CRL

  • Only registered delegates or proxy registered delegates will be permitted to exercise voting entitlements on behalf of Member Councils.

  • The level of delegated authority to the Joint Committee from Member Councils, and from the Joint Committee to officers, shall be governed by a separate Scheme of Delegation to be agreed by the councils.

  • Any member of any of the Member Councils who is not a member of the Joint Committee may ask a question or address the Committee with the consent of the Chairman.

  • No decision should be implemented until such time as the call-in period has expired across all of the Member Councils.
