Mega Disaster definition
Mega Disaster means a complete failure of the majority of the data center facility in which customer services are primarily being provided from. A Mega Disaster classification will mean that basic service delivery at even minimal levels is disrupted for more than 6 hours and in order to restore full service would require relocation of service access to a backup data center facility.
