Meetings of the Board. The Board shall meet at least once every quarter on at least five business days’ notice, unless notice is waived by all members of the Board. Committees of the Board: Audit Committee: the committee will consist of not less than 3 members including one of the Asia Sixth Nominees and one of the Meridian Nominees. Other committees will be established in accordance with applicable Laws and, subject thereto, their composition will be determined by Qualified Consent.
