Examples of Meeting Quorum in a sentence
If a Board Meeting Quorum is not present at a Board meeting that has been duly called, the Chairman shall immediately deliver a written notice to convene an adjourned Board meeting (the “Adjourned Meeting”) with the same agenda within fourteen (14) days after the first meeting.
If an Adjourned Meeting Quorum is not present at an Adjourned Meeting that has been duly called, the Chairman shall promptly deliver a written notice to convene a second adjourned Board meeting (the “Second Adjourned Meeting”) with the same agenda, to be held not less than two (2) and not more than fourteen (14) days after the Adjourned Meeting.
If the Board Meeting Quorum is not present within thirty (30) minutes from the time when the First Adjourned Meeting should have begun, or if during the First Adjourned Meeting there is no longer a quorum, the First Adjourned Meeting shall automatically be further adjourned to the same day in the following week (the “Second Adjourned Meeting”, together with the First Adjourned Meeting, each an “Adjourned Meeting”).
If the Shareholder Meeting Quorum is not present at an Adjourned General Meeting, the representatives present (which must include the representative of the Investor) shall constitute the quorum for such Adjourned General Meeting, and, subject to applicable Law and Clause 6 below, shall be entitled to vote and pass resolutions in relation to all matters (excluding the Affirmative Vote Matters in accordance with Clause 5.5 below).

If the Board Meeting Quorum is not present at the Second Adjourned Meeting, the Directors then present shall, subject to applicable Law, constitute the quorum for the Second Adjourned Meeting and shall, subject to the provisions of Clause 6, be entitled to vote and pass resolutions in relation to all matters (excluding Affirmative Vote Matters in accordance with Clause 4.5.3).
All Meetings of the Members shall require a quorum of 51% of voting Members to establish a Meeting Quorum.

If the General Meeting Quorum is not present in the adjourned General Meeting, then notwithstanding anything contained in the Clause 3.2.1, but subject to the provisions of the Charter Documents, the Shareholders present at such General Meeting shall constitute the General Meeting Quorum.
