Cross Connections may be requested by Tenant, and subject to any restrictions relating to the Project or Campus, may be made (at Tenant’s expense) in accordance with (and subject to all of the terms and conditions of) the Meet Me Room Operators’ standard practices (which shall be consistent with the customary practices of similarly situated entities providing similar services within the telecommunications industry).
No recurring charges shall be payable to Landlord for up to four (4) Cross Connections (in the aggregate with respect to the Datacenter Space and the [***] Datacenter Space) made by Tenant in the Meet Me Rooms; however, with respect to additional Cross Connections, Tenant shall be charged the then-current amounts per Cross Connection by the Meet Me Room Operator (currently, a monthly recurring charge (MRC) of $350 and a nonrecurring charge (NRC) of $150, subject to adjustment from time to time).
