medically qualified in relation to any person means:
medically qualified means qualified in accordance with the medical qualifications spelled out in the contract or as specified by law. Any and all U.S. Government or military officials tasked with administering, implementing, or overseeing the MQ-1 and MQ-9 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) Contract shall hereinafter be referred to as the Government.
