Medically involved definition
Medically involved means having a physical or developmental disability that re- quires assistance with most activities of daily living and requires health and personal care throughout the day and night. [1991 c.122 §1; 2001 c.900 §251; 2007 c.751 §1]
Medically involved means children who have a health impairment that requires long term, intensive, specialized services on a daily basis that have been accepted for Medically Involved Children's Program services by Children's Intensive In-Home Services.
