Medical Utility means any utility that may be used on the inner or outer part of the body for diagnosis or treatment of a dsease in human, and includes suturing materials; bandage, glove, gauze, Cotton and similar preparations; artificial teeth, chemicals, x-ray film and other similar instruments and utilities;
