Medical Services Network definition

Medical Services Network or "CMS" as used under this Agreement does not include any additional programs and services provided by or through the Children's Medical Services Program described in Sections 391.021(8) and 391.025, Florida Statutes, which are not provided through the Children's Medical Services network or which are not funded by Title XXI (such as the CMS Safety Net Program).

Examples of Medical Services Network in a sentence

• Attestation that the total active patient load (all populations, including but not limited to, Medicaid FFS; Children’s Medical Services Network; SMMC plans; Medicare; KidCare and commercial coverage) is no more than three-thousand (3,000) patients per PCP.

• Program for All Inclusive Care for Children (Children’s Medical Services Network).

• Title XXI-funded children with chronic conditions who are enrolled in Children’s Medical Services Network.

• Eligibility data is extracted from the Children’s Medical Services Network (CMS Net) utilization management system and is verified by the Medi-Cal Eligibility Data System (MEDS).

• Once your share of Medical Services Network out-of-pocket expenses reaches the annual limit, this Plan begins paying 100 percent of the Medical Services Claims for Network contracted/allowed amount for Network Covered Services and Supplies for the remainder of the calendar year.

• If the indigenous people support the project and the adverse impacts are minimal, the resettlement measures will be developed in consultation with community elders and local NGO.

• Questions regarding Medicare, your HMO (Health Maintenance Organization), Provider Service Networks and the Children’s Medical Services Network can also be directed to AHCA.

• Attestation that the total active patient load (all populations, including but not limited to Medicaid FFS, Children’s Medical Services Network, SMMC plans, Medicare, KidCare, and commercial coverage) is no more than three-thousand (3,000) patients per PCP.

• Specialty plans are also available to serve distinct populations, such as the Children’s Medical Services Network for children with special health care needs, or those in the child welfare system.

• Once your share of Medical Services Network out-of-pocket expenses reaches the annual limit, this Plan begins paying 100 percent of the Medical Services Claims for Network contracted/allowed amount for Network Covered Services and Supplies for the remainder of the calendar year.If you have individual coverage, the Plan begins paying all of your Medical Services eligible expenses after you meet your individual out-of-pocket limit.
