Medical Scheme Rate means
Medical Scheme Rate means the unit of value, generally corresponding to provider fees (including directly negotiated provider fees) that is used by a medical scheme to determine the extent to which it will directly or indirectly compensate a member in respect of a relevant health service received by the member or any of his dependants.
