Medical Premium definition

Medical Premium means such payments that the Customer is required to pay by the Insurer in satisfaction of the Medical Insurance agreement, whether a renewal, renegotiation, or otherwise as agreed between the Customer and the Insurer.

  • The Employer will continue to offer a Medical Premium Assistance Program through the duration of this Agreement.
