Medical Office Buildings definition

Medical Office Buildings means a medical office building that contains one or more physicians’ offices and examination rooms, and may also include pharmacies, hospital ancillary service space and day-surgery operating rooms.
Medical Office Buildings means, collectively, the three (3) medical office buildings located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx and which are part of the Real Property.
