Medical Journal definition

Medical Journal means a journal or other publication which communicates medical information to physicians and other health professionals, or to the general public, regardless of whether published on paper, online or electronically.
Medical Journal has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.2.

  • Licensee will comply with standard academic practice regarding authorship of scientific publications and recognition of contribution of other parties in any publication governed by this Section 14.3, including International Committee of Medical Journal Editors standards regarding authorship and contributions.

  • In connection with any data or other information generated by a Party hereunder, each Party shall have the right to publish such data and information without further approval from the other on XxxxxxxxXxxxxx.xxx or other public web based data entry system in accordance with the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).

  • Authorship by AKERO of any publication arising from the Agreement will be undertaken in accordance with the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) guidelines for authorship.

  • The sending Party shall provide to the receiving Party a copy of each final Scientific Paper published by a Medical Journal within [***] Business Days of publication thereof.

  • The sending Party shall provide to the Receiving Party copies of any final Scientific Paper accepted by a Medical Journal, within ten (10) Business Days after the approval thereof (upon availability and distribution of such information assuming that providing such information is acceptable taking into consideration the publishers’ need to comply with any healthcare compliance guidelines).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to any copyrights or intellectual property rights of Third Parties, Licensee’s publications may include reprints of scientific or medical journal articles or reference publications regarding the AstraZeneca Product that, in each case, follow FDA’s “Good Reprint Practices for the Distribution of Medical Journal Articles and Medical or Scientific Reference Publications on Unapproved New Uses of Approved Drugs and Approved or Cleared Medical Devices” guidance.

  • Journal means the official Journal of the European Union or successor publication thereto.

  • Licensed health care professional means a person who possesses a professional medical license that is valid in Oregon.
