Medical Hold definition
Medical Hold means the confinement of a youth ordered by a physician for purposes of medical quarantine, recovery, or observation.
Examples of Medical Hold in a sentence
When a hospital administrator or physician believe that a child would be in imminent danger if released to a parent, guardian, or other person or is in imminent danger if left in the custody of a parent, guardian, custodian, or other person, the administrator or physician will place the child on an Administrative Medical Hold.
If a client is unable to train at PEAK due to a medical reason PEAK warrants an Unpaid Medical Hold for up to 3 months (if longer PEAK may opt to cancel the agreement), where the client will not be debited for the duration of the absence from training.
