The Concessionaire shall operate the Medical College and provide the Medical Education Services, in accordance with the requirements of MCI or equivalent authority and all Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.
The resident may choose a resident or faculty member from his/her program, to serve as an advocate during the appeals hearing so long as written notification is given to the Director of Medical Education Services (or designee) at least three (3) business days prior to the hearing.

If such information includes materials previously developed or copyrighted by Cardinal Health and not developed under this Agreement, Cardinal Health grants and agrees to grant to BCI and to all companies owned directly or indirectly by BCI, severally, a royalty-free license to use and copy such materials solely for the purpose of providing the Medical Education Services.
