Medical Education Materials definition

Medical Education Materials means all written medical education materials relating to any condition treated with a Product, and other printed, graphic, electronic, audio, video, or other media and materials used to educate the public regarding a Product or any indication treated with a Product.
Medical Education Materials means all written medical education materials relating to any condition treated with a Licensed Product, and other printed, graphic, electronic, audio, video, or other media and materials used to educate the public regarding a Licensed Product or any indication treated with a Licensed Product.
Medical Education Materials means, with respect to an Initial Licensed Product, (a) all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter intended for (i) use in responding to unsolicited questions from health care professionals relating to the Initial Licensed Products and/or Recombinant Thrombin or (ii) proactive use with physician thought leaders, and (b) scientific publications and materials produced for independent education programs by Third Party education providers.

  • ALJ will not use Medical Education Materials that have not been approved by the PCC, including any presentation by any key opinion leaders in the Territory (unless otherwise approved in writing by Evelo).

  • Neither Party will be required to use, and Licensee will not use, Medical Education Materials that have not been approved by the PMRC or the Super- [***] Portions of this exhibit have been redacted pursuant to a confidential treatment request.

  • All Medical Education Materials will be compliant with Applicable Laws and the Medical Affairs Plan.

  • Evelo will prepare and produce all Medical Education Materials for use in the Territory and will provide English-language proof copies of initial versions of all Medical Education Materials for use in the Territory and all substantive updates to such Medical Education Materials to the PCC to review, discuss, and determine whether to approve.

  • Akebia will prepare and produce all Medical Education Materials for use in the Territory and will provide proof copies of initial versions of all Medical Education Materials and all substantive updates to such Medical Education Materials to the PMRC for its review and approval as set forth in Section 3.8.1 (Establishment and Responsibilities).

  • Each Party will provide to the other Party proof copies of the Evelo Housemarks and ALJ Housemarks (as applicable) to be included in connection with all cobranding described in this Section 7.3 (Medical Education Materials) in the manner and format as may be reasonably specified by a Party from time-to-time.

Related to Medical Education Materials

  • Direct medical education costs means costs directly associated with the medical education of interns and residents or other medical education programs, such as a nursing education program or allied health programs, conducted in an outpatient setting, that qualify for payment as medical education costs under the Medicare program. The amount of direct medical education costs is determined from the hospital base-year cost reports and is inflated in determining the direct medical education rate.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Direct medical education rate means a rate calculated for a hospital reporting medical education costs on the Medicare cost report (CMS 2552). The rate is calculated using the following formula: Direct medical education costs are multiplied by inflation factors. The result is divided by the hospital’s case-mix index, then is further divided by net discharges.

  • Emergency medical technician means a person who is either an EMT-I, EMT-II, or EMT-P (paramedic), and possesses a valid certificate or license in accordance with the standards of Division 2.5 (commencing with Section 1797) of the Health and Safety Code.

  • medical food means a food that is intended for the dietary treatment of a disease or condition for which nutritional requirements are established by medical evaluation and is formulated to be consumed or administered enterally under the direction of a Practitioner.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college.
