Medical Assistance Only. (MAO) means a person that does not receive SSI benefits but qualifies financially and functionally for limited Medicaid assistance. Medical Home means a PCP or specialty care Provider who has accepted the responsibility for providing accessible, continuous, comprehensive and coordinated care to Members participating in a HHSC HMO Program.
