Medicaid Account definition

Medicaid Account means any Accounts of Borrowers or Guarantors arising pursuant to services rendered by Borrowers or Guarantors to eligible Medicaid beneficiaries to be paid by a Fiscal Intermediary or by the United States of America acting under the Medicaid program, any State or the District of Columbia acting pursuant to a health plan adopted pursuant to Title XIX of the Social Security Act or any other Governmental Authority under Medicaid.
Medicaid Account an Account payable pursuant to an agreement entered into between a state agency or other entity administering Medicaid in such state and a healthcare facility or physician under which the healthcare facility or physician agrees to provide services or supplies for Medicaid patients.
Medicaid Account means an Account payable pursuant to a Medicaid Provider Agreement.
