mediation certificate definition
mediation certificate means the mediation certificate set out in Annex IX which reports the outcome of the mediation to the ICB;
mediation certificate means the certificate issued by the mediation adviser in accordance with Article 21C(4);
mediation certificate means a document issued by the Commissioner to a lender evidencing compliance with the mediation requirements of this act.
