Media Revenues definition

Media Revenues means, collectively, League Revenues and Local Revenues.
Media Revenues means, collectively, the (i) Website Revenues; (ii) the Print Revenues; (iii) Insertion Revenues; and (iv) Sampling Revenues.
Media Revenues means net cash revenues recognized (in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, as applied by the Buyer) by the Buyer from third parties (other than affiliates of the Buyer which are owned 80% or more by the Buyer (the "Majority Affiliates")) derived from advertisements, links, pointers, sponsorships, co-branding, buttons, banners, navigation bars, and other placements and promotions or similar services and rights executed on the www.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxw.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx xx collxxxxxxxxxx.xxx xxxsites.
