Medi-Cal Wraparound Services definition
Medi-Cal Wraparound Services means those Medi-Cal services that HPSM provides to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries who are enrolled in HPSM under HPSM’s Medi-Cal contract with the California Department of Health Care Services and that are provided secondary to services, including Medicare Services, covered by other payers or programs that have primary payment responsibility.

The term "Covered Services" shall mean those health care services, equipment and supplies, inclusive of Medicare Services and Medi-Cal Wraparound Services, which a Member is entitled to receive under the CareAdvantage program and which are set forth in the CareAdvantage Evidence of Coverage (Attachment A).
