Medallion Loan Schedule and Exception Report definition

Medallion Loan Schedule and Exception Report means a list of Eligible Medallion Loans relating to the Trust Receipt delivered by the Custodian to the Agent on each Business Day, reflecting the Medallion Loans held by the Custodian for the benefit of the Agent and the Secured Parties, indicating any Exceptions with respect to each Medallion Loan listed thereon. Each Medallion Loan Schedule and Exception Report shall set forth (a) the Medallion Loans being pledged to the Agent on any applicable Funding Date as well as the Medallion Loans previously pledged to the Agent and held by the Custodian hereunder, (b) any Medallion Loan that has been released to the Borrower pursuant to Section 7 hereof and the date such Medallion Loan was released, (c) all Exceptions with respect thereto, with any updates thereto from the time last delivered, and (d) the account number, the Obligor name, the original principal balance and interest rate of each Medallion Loan pledged to the Agent on any applicable Funding Date based on the Custodian’s physical review of the Funding Date Documentation.

  • CREFC® Delinquent Loan Status Report A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Delinquent Loan Status Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or no later than 90 days after its adoption, such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Servicer Mortgage File All documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan not required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage File and held by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer or any Sub-Servicer.

  • Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Delinquent Loan Status Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Christopher Scullion, Church and Trought Inc. and dated December 1, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Total Loan Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Trustee Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 hereof pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Trustee Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.
