Mechanical Performance definition
Mechanical Performance means the ability of Licenced Facility to be capable of continuous operation at any of the conditions specified in the Basis for Design of the Process Design Package.

Related to Mechanical Performance
Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.
Environmental Performance all or any of the following: (a) the consumption of energy and associated generation of greenhouse gas emissions; (b) the consumption of water; (c) waste generation and management; and (d) any other environmental impact arising from the use or operation of the Building or any part(s) of it;
Total Performance means that the entire Work, except those items arising from the provisions of any warranty, have been performed in accordance with the Contract;
Substantial Performance means the stage of completion when:
Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.
