Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) definition
Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) means the Respondent(s) who as a result of School Board approved ranking and subsequent contract negotiations, succeeded in entering into a contract with the School Board, as a result of this RFQ. The Vendor may be a corporation, partnership, individual or any combination thereof, and its, their or his successors, personal representatives, executors, administrators, and assignees.
