Measurement Price definition

Measurement Price as of a given date means the average of the closing prices of the Common Stock or the common stock of a Peer Group company, as applicable, for each of the 30 trading days ending on (and including) such date.
Measurement Price means a price determined by the Board at the Award Date for an SAR and set out in the EIP Notice of Award, being equivalent to the FMV of one Company Share (or ADS as applicable) or Participating Subsidiary Share, as applicable, at the Award Date as determined by the Board (unless otherwise determined by the Board in respect of a specific Award).
Measurement Price means, with respect to any Change in Control, the average of the closing prices of the Stock for each of the twenty (20) trading days ending on (and including) the date of the consummation of such Change in Control.

Measurement Price as of a given date means the average of the closing prices of the Common Stock or the common stock of a Peer Group company, as applicable, for each of the 30 trading days ending on (and including) such date.
