APPENDIX EE – ALLOWANCE FOR TIs AT MEASUREMENT CANADA AND THE CANADIAN GRAIN COMMISSION Effective 180 days following the signature of the agreement Technical Inspectors at Measurement Canada will receive an increase to their existing annual allowance from $3,000 to $3,534.

This includes economic increases and wage adjustments for all members, and allowances paid to specific occupations, including Fishery Officers, Enforcement and Wildlife Officers, Labour Affairs Officers, and TIs at Measurement Canada.
The Company represents and warrants that it has read and understood the above documents published by Measurement Canada at Xxxxxx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx and that it will abide by them.
Conformity with this requirement is subject to verification by Measurement Canada.
Muskrat shall comply with all Applicable Law regarding the supply, installation and maintenance of the Metering Equipment and such Metering Equipment shall meet the applicable requirements established by Measurement Canada.
The Metering Equipment shall be Measurement Canada approved and Muskrat shall deliver to NLH the notice of approval number issued by Measurement Canada.
Muskrat shall provide copies of all material documentation and approvals received from Measurement Canada, with respect to the Metering Equipment.
The Seller will, at its cost, install, operate and maintain a Meter at a location approved by the Buyer at the Seller’s Plant that is tested and sealed according to any Measurement Canada standards.
