Measurement and Verification Services definition

Measurement and Verification Services means those works and services carried out by the ESCO as set forth in Schedule L (Measurement and Verification Plan) under the heading M&V Services.
Measurement and Verification Services means the services to be provided by ESCO during the Performance Guarantee Period in accordance with the Measurement and Verification Plan.

  • The Contractor shall retain all records with respect to its Investment Grade Audit Report and its Measurement and Verification Services for at least three years after the later of the Final Completion Date or the date such records are created.

  • Subject to the City’s prior written approval for each applicable year, Contractor shall provide Measurement and Verification (M&V) services within 12 months after City provides final acceptance of Part 1, Phase II, and every year following, up to 12 years, unless Portland terminates the Measurement and Verification Services earlier.

  • The Contractor shall provide the Measurement and Verification Services for the Measurement and Verification Fee as set forth in Schedule R (Measurement and Verification Fee).

  • Measurement and Verification Services means the services described in Schedule F (Savings Measurement and Verification Plan; Methodology to Adjust Baseline).

  • Work means the Construction Work, the Audit Services and the Measurement and Verification Services, together with any other obligation or undertaking of Contractor hereunder.

  • Within thirty (30) days after the end of every twelve month period during the Term, and at the end of the Term, the ESCO shall carry out the Measurement and Verification Services described in Schedule L (Measurement and Verification Plan).

  • The Contractor shall retain all records with respect to its Audit Report and its Measurement and Verification Services for at least three years after the later of the Final Completion Date or the date such records are created.

  • If the Guarantee is terminated, the ESCO shall not be entitled to any further payments, fees, compensation, damages, quantum meruit of any sort including fees for Measurement and Verification Services, the GESP Contract Guarantee Fee and the Maintenance Fee in Schedule C (Contract Price).

  • The Energy Savings Guarantee Contract Fee associated with the Measurement and Verification Services has been waived for this Project.

  • The Measurement and Verification Services cost is the annual cost for the services necessary after acceptance of the project to annually verify the Energy Performance Contract guarantees.

Related to Measurement and Verification Services

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.

  • Auditing Services means those services within the scope of the practice of a certified public accounting firm licensed under Chapter 473 of the Florida Statutes, and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with government auditing standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Service Levels means any service levels applicable to the provision of the Services under this Call Off Contract specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS Features) means certain Common Channel Signaling based features available to End Users, including: Automatic Call Back; Call Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Freight forwarding services means the activity consisting of organising and monitoring shipment operations on behalf of shippers, through the acquisition of transport and related services, preparation of documentation and provision of business information.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Busy Line Verification (BLV) means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater means the most recent edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation;

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
