MDRO definition

MDRO means the maximum quantity of Gas, expressed in Dth, exclusive of Fuel Gas retention quantities, that Transporter is obligated to receive on a Firm basis under a Contract for Firm Service for or on behalf of Shipper on any Gas Day at a given Primary Point of Receipt, as specified in Shipper’s Contract for Firm Service at constant hourly rates of flow over the course of the Gas Day (excluding Fuel Gas).
