MDI Merger definition

MDI Merger means the merger of MDI Acquisition Sub and Mechanical Dynamics to be consummated on or before September 30, 2002, pursuant to the terms of the MDI Merger Agreement, with Mechanical Dynamics being the surviving corporation.
