MDFB Tax Credits definition

MDFB Tax Credits means tax credits for contribution as contemplated under the Missouri Development Finance Board Act, Sections 100.250, et seq., Missouri Revised Statutes, as amended, as more particularly set forth at Section 100.286(6), Missouri Revised Statutes, as amended.
