Examples of MDCP Parties in a sentence

  • Each of the Equity Funding Letters and the Commitment Letter, in the form so delivered, is in full force and effect and is a legal, valid and binding obligation of the MDCP Parties, Parent and Sub and, to the Knowledge of Parent, the other parties thereto.
