Together MCPS and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.” The term “Contract” refers to these MCPS General Contract Articles and any other contract documents duly executed by the Parties that expressly incorporate these MCPS General Contract Articles by reference, as well as any request for proposals (RFP) or solicitation by MCPS, the Contractor’s proposal or bid in response, if satisfactory to MCPS in its sole discretion, and any Contract award notification issued by MCPS.
