MCN Distribution System definition
MCN Distribution System means the natural gas distribution system operated by MCN in the Overlap Area, including, but not limited to, the gas pipelines and all related equipment, systems, components, rights and other assets used for, associated with, or necessary for the transportation, distribution or storage of natural gas within the Overlap Area.
