MbPT means Mumbai Port Trust
MbPT means Mumbai Port Trust “MT” means Metric Tonne, the unit of weight.
MbPT or “Mumbai Port Trust” shall mean the Mumbai Port Trust constituted under the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963.
MB means megabyte, which is equal to 1024 kilobytes or 1,048,576 bytes of digital information.
HCD means the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
HC or “Housing Credit Program” means the rental housing program administered by the Corporation in accordance with section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 420.5099, F.S., under which the Corporation is designated the Housing Credit agency for the state of Florida within the meaning of the following:
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
STI means sexually transmitted infection;
SDSL or "Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the bi-directional transmission from up to 160 kbps to 2.048 Mbps on a single pair. "VDSL" or "Very High Speed Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the transmission of up to 52 Mbps downstream (from the Central Office to the End User Customer) and up to 2.3 Mbps digital signal upstream (from the End User Customer to the Central Office). VDSL can also be 26 Mbps symmetrical, or other combination.
SHCP means Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, the Borrower’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
Prime Vendor – means any person (natural or juristic) who forwards an acceptable proposal in response to this RFB with the intention of being the main contractor should the proposal be awarded to him/her.
LSD means lysergic acid diethylamide.
ESI means any and all computer data or electronic recorded media of any kind, including “Native Files”, that are stored in any medium from which it can be retrieved and examined, either directly or after translation into a reasonably useable form. ESI may include information and/or documentation stored in various software programs such as: Email, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SQL databases, or any other software or electronic communication programs or databases that the CONSULTANT may use in the performance of its operations. ESI may be located on network servers, backup tapes, smart phones, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, work computers, cell phones, laptops or any other electronic device that CONSULTANT uses in the performance of its Work or SERVICES hereunder, including any personal devices used by the CONSULTANT or any sub-consultant at home. “Native files” are a subset of ESI and refer to the electronic format of the application in which such ESI is normally created, viewed, and /or modified. The CONSULTANT shall include this section XX “Records Maintenance” in every subcontract it enters into in relation to this AGREEMENT and bind the sub-consultant to its terms, unless expressly agreed to otherwise in writing by the AGENCY prior to the execution of such subcontract. MGD means million gallons per day. "mg/l" means milligrams per liter. "ug/l" means micrograms per liter. "ng/l" means nanograms per liter. "S.U." means standard pH unit. "kg/day" means kilograms per day.
Drug store means a place whose principal business is, the
LNP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.1.1.
SADC means the Southern African Development Community;
HSP means a HUB Subcontracting Plan.
APC means the Ambulatory Payment Classification system under 42 CFR 419.31 used by Medicare for grouping clinically and resource-similar procedures and services.
CDSL means Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.
Opium poppy means the plant of the species Papaver somniferum L., except its seeds.
MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.
TEC means the Technical Evaluation Committee, constituted for the purpose of evaluating the Proposals received.
CFPC means the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
